あなたがたはのろいをもってのろわれる。あなたがたは、まことに民のすべてがわたしから盗んでいるからである。
わたしの家に食物があるように、什分の一をすべてわたしの倉に携えて来なさい。それをもってわたしを試み、わたしが天の窓を開いて、受け入れる余地がないほどの祝福を、あなたがたに注ぐかどうかを見なさい と、万軍の主は言う。

I am very grateful for the opportunity to pay tithing! To some people, it is a great test of faith. But to anyone who has faithfully lived the Law of Tithing, it is a great blessing. The Lord has promised that “the windows of heaven will be opened” and that great blessings will be poured out upon those who pay their tithing.
I know that this promise is true. I have received many, many blessings from paying tithing. I know that, if you will faithfully live this law, you will also receive great blessings in your life.
This year, we are studying the teachings of President Lorenzo Snow. One of the things he is remembered for is the great revelation on tithing that he received while in St. George, Utah. (See page 28 of the President Lorenzo Snow manual).
As we study President Snow’s teachings, may we resolve to live the Law of Tithing completely and faithfully this year. If we do, I know that we will receive great blessings in our lives.
