And after that, all those who have thus been tithed shall pay one-tenth of all their interest annually; and this shall be a standing law unto them forever, for my holy priesthood, saith the Lord. Doctrine & Covenants 119:4
I am very grateful for the opportunity to pay my tithing. I cannot imagine how I could survive in this life without the blessings that come from paying my tithing.
私は什分の一を収める機会があることをとてもうれしく思います。什分の一を収めることから受ける祝福無しにどうしてこの世で生き残ることができるか想像することができません。
Some of the greatest blessings we receive in this world come by obedience to the Law of Tithing. We receive the promised temporal blessing by obedience to this law. We also receive the blessings of the Temple by living the Law of Tithing.
私たちがこの世で受ける最もすばらしい祝福のいくつかは什分の一の律法に忠実であることから来ます。私たちはこの律法に忠実であることにより約束された現世での祝福を受けるのです。また什分の一の律法に従って生きるとき神殿の祝福も受けるのです。
The Law of Tithing is equal for everyone. Everyone gives 10% back to the Lord. No one is expected to give more. No one is expected to give less. It is fair for everyone.
什分の一の律法は全てに人に対して平等です。誰もが主に10% をお返しします。誰ひとりそれ以上を期待されていませんし、誰ひとりそれ以下を期待されていません。全ての人に平等なのです。
Satan works hard to convince us that we cannot afford to pay our tithing. He tries to trick us by telling us the Lord does not need our money. He tries to trick us by telling us we won’t have enough money if we pay our tithing. He tries to trick us by telling us it is just too hard.
サタンは私たちに什分の一が払えないと一生懸命説得しようとします。主は私たちのお金など必要ないと言って騙そうとします。私たちが什分の一を払うと十分なお金が残らないと言って騙そうとします。また（什分の一に従うことは）難しすぎると言って騙そうとします。
Satan is a liar.
サタンは嘘つきです。
If we honestly live the Law of Tithing, we will receive all of the promised blessings. Our lives will be blessed in many ways. Miracles will happen. The blessings will come.
正直に什分の一の律法に従って生活するならば主が約束された全ての祝福を受けるのです。私たちの生活はいろんな方法で祝福されます。奇跡が起こり、いくつもの祝福が訪れます。
Do you know what you pay tithing with? You do not pay tithing with money. You pay tithing with faith.
什分の一は何で支払うのかご存知ですか？お金で支払うのではありません。信仰で什分の一を支払うのです。
You pay tithing with faith, knowing that all the blessings the Lord has promised will come to you. You pay tithing with faith, trusting in the Lord to help you with the things that you need. You pay tithing with faith, showing the Lord that you love him and want to keep his commandments.
次のような信仰を持って什分の一を支払うのです。主が約束された全ての祝福が与えられるいう信仰、主があなたの必要なことを助けてくださるという信仰、そして主を愛し主の戒めを守りたいという信仰を主に示すのです。
If you are not paying your tithing, my plea to you is, start today! Do not let another week go by without paying your tithing. Make a commitment to live the Law of Tithing fully and honestly for 90 days. Then, at the end of 90 days, stop and look at all the blessings you have received.
もし什分の一を払っていなければ私は、今日始めてください、と嘆願します。什分の一を払わないまま、また一週間すごさないでくさい。完全にまた正直に什分の一の律法に９０日間従って生活することを誓約してください。そして９０日の最後に受けた祝福を顧てください。
As with all principles of the gospel, the Law of Tithing requires us to act first. In the 12th chapter of the Book of Ether, Moroni reminds us that we “receive no witness until after the trial of our faith”.
他の福音の原則と同様に、什分の一の律法もまず実行することが要求されます。エテル書１２章でモロナイは「信仰が試されてからでなければ証は得られない」と忠告しています。
I know that living the Law of Tithing brings great blessings. I know that we will receive all the blessings that have been promised. I know that if you will live the Law of Tithing, you will receive the blessings and the help that you need. I know that this is true.
什分の一の律法に従って生活すれば大いなる祝福がもたらされると知っています。約束された全ての祝福を受けることを知っています。什分の一の律法に従って生活すれば必要な助けと祝福を受けると知っています。これは真実であると知っています。
Please, do not listen to Satan’s lies. Go forward with faith. Live the Law of Tithing. If you do this, you will be greatly blessed.
サタンのうそに耳を傾けないでください。信仰を持って前進してください。什分の一の律法に従って生活してください。これを行うならばあなたは大いに祝福を受けるのです。
